How quickly will I hear back from a clinician?
All member messages receive a clinician response within 24 hours. Most hear back within 4 to 6 hours during weekdays. You can message your clinician directly from your dashboard no need to contact support.
How are services delivered?
Savvy Communication Studio offers both mobile, in-home services and secure teletherapy to make high-quality speech and language support more accessible for clients. Therapy takes place in the environments where communication happens everyday, allowing strategies to be naturally embedded into meaningful routines. This flexible approach helps reduce travel time, increases family/caregiver involvement, and supports communication in real-life settings where it matters most.
Can I use insurance?
At this time, Savvy Communication Studio is a private-pay, mobile speech-language pathology practice serving clients in their natural environments, as well as through secure teletherapy.
Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for families who wish to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance plan.

Is a referral and/or medical diagnosis required to start services?
No referral or medical diagnosis is required to begin services at Savvy Communication Studio. Before starting therapy, an evaluation is typically completed by a licensed speech-language pathologist to better understand the client's communication strengths, needs, and goals.
If the client has received a recent speech-language evaluation (completed within the past 6 months), that documentation may be reviewed to determine whether an additional evaluation is needed before beginning services.
