For Parents
Supporting your child’s communication shouldn’t feel overwhelming or one size fits all. I work with families to create play-based, neurodiversity-affirming communication supports that fit naturally into everyday life.
Whether your child uses words, AAC, echolalia, gestures, hand leading, or multiple ways to communicate, the focus is on connection, regulation, and participation—not compliance or “fixing.” Together we build systems that support communication at home, school, and in the community, while honoring your child’s strengths and need
❋ Mobile Practice
We willl come to your home or meet somewhere in the community! Communication support that expands environments
❋ Neurodiversity Affirming Care
Non-compliance based neuro-affirming language, suggestions, and insight that supports your child’s neurotype.
❋ Multimodal Communication
We support all forms of communication! AAC, speech, gestures, signs, scripts, and play.
❋ Parent Partnership & Coaching
You are the expert on your child. We collaborate with you to create practical strategies you can use confidently between sessions—without overwhelm.
Savvy Communication Starts Here!
-
We will talk about your child, your concerns, and what support might be most helpful: therapy, coaching, consultation, or a combination.
No pressure, no commitment. -
Based on your goals, we’ll decide together:
Evaluation if needed
Direct speech-language therapy (in person or telehealth options available)
Parent coaching or consultation
You don’t need to know the “right” choice ahead of time.
-
You’ll fill out a brief intake form and we’ll schedule sessions that work for your family.
Services are provided in your home, school, or community setting when appropriate. -
Sessions are child-led, play-based, and focused on functional communication, regulation, and participation.
Parents are welcome to observe, ask questions, and be involved at a level that feels right. -
We regularly revisit goals and supports to make sure services continue to fit your child and your family.
Plans can change as needs change.
